We will send you a payment authorization form, which you will fill in with your details and we will process the payment and send you a reservation confirmation once the payment has been authorized

What if I change my mind?
If you decide you want to start diving a day later, or want to swap two days of diving for an advanced course, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please let us know as soon as possible! Any changes will be charged according to the rates at the resort and you will need to pay the difference.

If you cancel, a written letter, fax or email is required.

Any cancellations more that 14 days before the planned start date will incur a €10 administration fee per person.

If you book and prepay 30% of the whole amount for your reservation, and you cancel 14 days before the scheduled time, we can not refund your payment. With less than 7 days notice, you will be charged the whole amount.

If you pay in advance the full amount for which you have received discount, and you cancel 14 days before the scheduled time, we can not refund your payment.

Can you arrange accommodation and flights?
No, we cannot arrange flights, but we do have a number of hotels we can recommend, all within walking distance of the diving center. Just ask for the list of hotels.

What information will I need to provide you with?
We will normally need reservation confirmation, but also your hotel arrangements, date of arrival and departure and any special requirements. If you are daily diving, you will be asked about the date of your last dive, so we can check you in according to the requirements.

The First Day

What happens on the first morning?

Daily diving

Why have I been asked to do a check dive?
If you have not dived for 6 months, we will normally ask you to do a check dive on the house reef the first morning, before going on a boat in the afternoon. This is necessary not only for your peace of mind, but ours also – to ensure you are properly weighted and feel safe and comfortable in the water before encountering possible currents.

What is a typical dive day like?
When you arrive at the diving center office/reception, you will check in with your guide.  Also we will ask you what your preference for the next day is.
Once everyone is gathered, you’ll take a short stroll to the diving center terrace, from where you will get on the boat.
When the tanks and equipment have been loaded, you will leave the jetty and head to your first dive site.
There are two dives a day, with an optional third dive (payable locally) if the conditions allow it. Lunch time is between these dives.
Once all diving is completed, it's time to head back to the jetty where your equipment will be assembled for you, ready for the next day. Please make sure everything is back in the diving center before you reach the Hotel!

Can non-divers come on the boat?
Of course! We realize that many people bring their families when on diving holidays. Anyone is welcome and will only pay a ‘passenger on boat’ ticket, whether they snorkel or not.

Why can’t I go straight to Wreck Taranto, Saint Andrija or Maros Cave?
Safety is our priority and for that reason, we ask the guests to spend the first day locally – to ensure proper weighting while on a mooring and in calm conditions. This also gives you a chance  to check if you feel comfortable in deep, more challenging waters.

What if I want to do something different?
We offer many ‘different’ excursions – Mrkanjac, Otočić Mrkan, Bobara,Wreck Taranto, both early and late dives. All these are arranged at the resort, and normally happen when there are at least 5 people who wish to go. For this reason, unless you are a group, we cannot guarantee these trips in any given week (apart from Wreck Taranto, for which see the following question)

Is there any way I can be sure I can go to Wreck Taranto during my stay?
We now have an in-resort guarantee that we will get you on a Wreck Taranto trip on a Thursday, whatever the numbers registered! As long as you are here, and the weather conditions allow it, you can count on it!

How do I pay for these extras?
We will add them to your bill, taking into account your original booking, and you just pay for the extra trips and activities.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash in Kuna, travellers cheques and credit/debit cards.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel a daily diving activity.

If you pay in advance the full amount for which you have received discount ( 10%, 7%, 5% ), and you cancel 14 days before the scheduled time, we can not refund your payment.

I’ve done all my studying at home, do I need to bring my manual with me?
Yes! Its possible that you may need it for reference during your course.

Do I need to bring any dive equipment?
